Right of Withdrawal

This page provides information about your right of withdrawal as a consumer in the European Union, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.

1. Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract (i.e., the date of your purchase).

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from the contract by an unequivocal statement. You may do so by contacting us at:

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period expires.

2. Effects of Withdrawal

If you withdraw from the contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

3. Exception for Digital Content

In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of digital content which is not supplied on a tangible medium if the performance has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgment that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.

When purchasing a subscription or tokens on FLIRTcam.AI:

a) You will be asked to expressly consent to the immediate performance of the digital content/service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period;

b) You will be asked to acknowledge that by giving this consent, you lose your right of withdrawal once the digital content has been fully provided or the service has been actively used;

c) We will provide you with a confirmation of this consent on a durable medium (e.g., email confirmation).

If you have not given such consent, or if the digital content has not yet been provided, your right of withdrawal remains intact for the full 14-day period.

4. Refund Policy

Separate from the EU right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary refund policy. For details, please refer to Section 11.5 of our Terms of Service.
