Underage Policy

FLIRTcam.AI (the "Service"), operated by DevPro s.r.o., Frana Mojtu 18, Nitra, 949 01, Slovakia, European Union, is committed to protecting minors and preventing underage access to the platform.
1. Age Requirement
The Service is strictly intended for adults aged 18 years or older, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher. By accessing or using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.
2. No Services for Minors
We do not knowingly provide Services to, collect personal information from, or allow account creation by anyone under the age of 18 (or the applicable legal age in their jurisdiction). If we discover or are notified that a user is under the required age, we will:
a) Immediately suspend or terminate the account; b) Delete all Personal Data associated with the account; c) Revoke access to all content and features; d) Where applicable, report the incident to relevant authorities.
3. Age Verification
FLIRTcam.AI implements age verification measures to prevent underage access:
a) Payment verification: Access to -oriented or restricted content is only granted after successful completion of payment, which requires a valid payment method. No , , or 18+ content is displayed prior to payment.
b) Third-party age verification: Where required by applicable laws, regulations, or compliance obligations (such as in the United Kingdom and other jurisdictions with specific age verification requirements), FLIRTcam.AI uses Yoti (yoti.com) as an independent third-party age verification service. Users in such jurisdictions must successfully complete the age verification process before being granted access to restricted content.
c) Self-declaration: During account registration, users are required to confirm that they meet the minimum age requirement.
4. Prohibited Content Involving Minors
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy regarding content involving or resembling minors:
a) Any attempt to generate AI content depicting, resembling, or referencing minors in any context is strictly prohibited; b) Any attempt to use the Service to engage in conversations that sexualize, exploit, or endanger minors is strictly prohibited; c) Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) of any kind is prohibited and will be reported to law enforcement authorities, including the Slovak Police, Europol, and/or the U.S. National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC), as appropriate.

5. Content Moderation
We employ automated content moderation tools specifically designed to detect and prevent:
a) Attempts to create content resembling minors; b) Conversations that reference or attempt to involve minors; c) Any patterns of behavior that suggest grooming or exploitation.
Flagged content is reviewed and, where appropriate, results in immediate account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.
6. Reporting
If you become aware of any minor using the Service, or any content that may involve or exploit minors, please report it immediately to info@flirtcam.ai. We treat all such reports with the highest priority.
7. Parental Guidance
We urge parents and guardians to monitor their children's internet usage and to educate them about online safety. If you believe your child has accessed the Service or provided personal information to us, please contact us immediately at info@flirtcam.ai, and we will take immediate steps to remove the account and all associated data.
8. Cooperation with Authorities
We cooperate fully with law enforcement agencies in investigations related to underage users or child exploitation. We may proactively report suspicious activity to relevant authorities without prior notice to the user.
