FLIRTcam updates in January 2026

In January 2026, we announced changes to image creation, video tools, chat and payments. This post records what was announced at the time; visit the linked tools for their current features and access requirements.

Image and video creation

  • We introduced an updated image-generation model and a redesigned image-creation interface. You can explore the current image generator.
  • We also announced an image-to-video model. The video generator shows the options and token costs currently available to your account.

Chat and payments

  • We began testing an updated language model for conversations across multiple languages.
  • We updated the payment flow, including the option to reuse saved card details for token purchases where available.

We also added a section for media coverage. At the time, we were planning further changes to AI cam features, their interface and anime characters. Those were plans announced in January, not a statement that every feature is available today.
