Choose an anxious character for roleplay
This collection uses the Anxiety personality setting, which gives the character a starting description centered on overthinking and seeking reassurance. The characters have different names, appearances and other settings. The preset guides roleplay; it does not guarantee a particular reply or the same conversation with every character.
Choose a character card to begin. You can introduce a fictional scene, such as a nervous first meeting at a cafe, and describe the tone you want for the conversation.

The anxiety theme is part of the character setup. It is not a diagnosis, a claim of lived experience or a treatment for anxiety. This collection does not provide therapy or crisis support.
